A Personal Message from Our Leading Physical Therapist Dr. Jason Park

Are you a weekend warrior? Have you felt yourself or know someone that feels they were kicked in the back of the leg and fell during a cut or landing from a jump? I've even had clients tell me they misstepped off the side walk! It's a common complaint to feel like someone kicked them or something hit the back of the calf when an Achilles injury occurs.

If you've felt it as severe as feeling kicked and have bruising, you need to see a medical provider to help immediately. If you are just feeling aches and pains in the back of the heel, you need to start paying attention to address this issue before it gets worse.

If this unfortunate event occurred to you or anyone you know, this free report can help you get a good framework of what to expect after an Achilles injury.

Establishing a solid foundation of the expectations and developing a framework to plan for these unfortunate events can help decrease your stress and anxiety. This is not a guarantee of exact outcomes, however you can get a general overview to help you start on your journey back to feeling "normal" again.
