Are you a rotational athlete or an avid golfer, tennis player, or a softball player? . Prep your body with a rotational mobility drill and why not kill two birds with one stone! Work on your mid spine and your hip mobility. As depicted by the joint-by-joint approach, our mid spine and hips are meant to be mobile. . Mobility is important not only to decrease your risk for injury, but to maximize your performance. When you are able to get further into a backswing or into your wind up, you increase the ability to load up and hit with more force. Think of a boxer winding up for a punch versus a jab. Wind up will help produce a greater punch!
