INJURY PREVENTION

Preventative care is the key ingredient for long term health. A movement screen and hands-on examination is important to determine risk factors for injuries or pain. Just like your car has check engine lights, your body may also give you some warning signs. You do not need a major set back in order to understand how to perform better. Let's look to optimize your movement and reduce risk for injuries and pain.
YOUTH ATHLETES/DANCERS

During puberty, the body undergoes many different changes. It is an important time to consider improving coordination, movement patterns, strength and flexibility to minimize risk for injury. Just because the youth population heals quickly, doesn't mean they can magically return to sport after resting. Proper return to sport progressions are necessary to reduce risk for repeated injuries.
ACTIVE ADULTS

It is normal to undergo body changes as we age. However, it does not mean you have to give up what you love to do! Whether you are an office worker, weekend warrior, regular gym go-er, or are looking to get back into things, we are here to work alongside you to make sure you continue to participate in the activities that you enjoy.

ACL PROGRAM

The dreaded ACL injury is devastating for any athlete. It's a long and challenging rehabilitative process. About 50% of those who recover from surgery do not return to prior level of function. This makes the rehabilitative process just as important as seeing your preferred surgeon. One of the reasons Elevate Performance Therapy was founded was to bridge the gap from surgery back to your sports and activities that you enjoy.

Despite the psychological, emotional, physical challenges of this process, we will provide the highest service to guide you properly with the latest evidence in research, time to properly educate you, and with return to sport testing. We are here to improve your confidence to return to your sport and activities you enjoy. Especially if you are months out of surgery, and still don't feel quite confident to return to sport, connect with us to find out more information!

Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf  Screen and Fitness

Through Titleist Performance Institute's (TPI) screening, we can determine key movement patterns that may affect your golf swing. We value coaching and your desire to take lessons with a golf professional. However, we also value human movement to improve your mobility to get into optimal swing positions as well as improve your strength to hit the ball farther without aches and pains.
