Nagging shoulder pain? We all have experienced this. You may have experienced pain or a previous injury, but because you changed your activities, the pain went away. The more you do again, the shoulder pain comes back. But what if I told you, if you continue to do nothing about it, you may end up with bigger problems down the road? Especially for the middle aged population, there is more incidences of rotator cuff tears.

Our shoulders are one of the most vulnerable joints in our bodies due to the amount of mobility they have and because of posturing over time. The issues with posturing was evident through the Upper Crossed Syndrome through Dr. Janda's work. You go to take your shirt off after a long day or after a workout and the shoulder hurts. You are having a tough time lifting plates up to the top shelf in your kitchen. Maybe, you're an athlete and you continue to have pain in the gym with a press or you can't throw as well. Whatever the task is, we need good shoulder health to be able to lift overhead. Because it is such a common issues, I wanted to provide some information that may help you start your journey to keeping healthy shoulders. So if you are interested in getting better, click on the free report today.

Without a formal assessment and to understand your individual needs, there is no promises or guarantee that this report will resolve all your issues. We can't guarantee that what has worked for most of our clients in the past years will work for you, however I challenge you to read it and implement it because it is a better option than relying on medications or passive modalities to help you return to the activities that you need to perform and love to perform.
